Crane Drivers

Required to lift heavy materials from the tower crane cab on the construction site, for use within the development programme.  The role requires a CPCS tower crane operating licence and previous experience of high rise residential development projects.

Banksman/Labourer

Required to attach and detach loads and lift, transfer and position such loads using a variety of slings, cranes or lifting appliances.  The post holder will be required to have undergone the appropriate training for this role and will hold a valid certificate/licence as proof of such training.  When the crane is not operating, you will be required to undertake general labouring and cleaning.

An Assistant Site Manager is required to work on a project in Stourbridge, commencing shortly.  The role includes material and plant control, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation and assisting the Site Manager to manage the site and ensure that the development is built to Company and NHBC standards, within budget and on programme.

Applicants will be from a trades background and educated to GCSE level or equivalent and ideally working towards an NVQ Level 3 or 4 Site Management qualification.  A sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and a first aid qualification is essential.

The labouring would include, but not be limited to, maintaining the site accommodation and compound in a clean and tidy condition, loading/unloading materials and small plant, general cleaning/labouring duties throughout the development.

Site Manager

To successfully manage construction sites to ensure developments are completed to programme and to Company and NHBC standards.  You should be educated to HNC/HND level  or equivalent or have progressed from a trades background.

Surveyor

Responsible for construction contracts from inception to completion, to ensure that they are completed to budget, timescale and company policy .  Firm emphasis on financial management, extensive liaison with internal teams and external sub-contractors.   Qualified to HND standard or equivalent.
