Millstream Management Services Limited is a dedicated company responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of retirement developments built by Churchill Retirement Living.  We are seeking an effective communicator wih excellent organisational skills to manage the Lodge at Hindhead to provide a safe, secure and well maintained environment for apartment Owners.

As well as delivering a high level service to Owners, the Lodge Manager will oversee and work closely with contractors.  A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.  The hours of work are 9.00am – 2.00pm, Monday – Friday.

Flexibility is required in this role as you will also have responsibility for Nightingale Lodge at Cowplain for several hours per week and will therefore need transportation.

In tandem with delivering a high level service to Owners, you will establish relationships and work closely with Customer Services, contractors and the scheme's developer.  A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.

The hours of work for Emsworth are 9.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday and the hours of work for Cowplain are to be arranged.

Millstream Management Services Limited is a dedicated company responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of retirement developments built by Churchill Retirement Living.  We are seeking a Relief Lodge Manager who is an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, who can manage Lodges in order to provide a safe, secure and well maintained site for apartment Owners.

A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.

The hours of work are dependent upon which Lodge you are covering, but typically 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, or 9am – 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Millstream Management Services Limited is the Managing Agent for two retirement developments built by PSP Healthcare.  We are seeking effective communicators with excellent organisational skills to manage the developments and provide a safe, secure and well maintained environment for Owners.

As well as delivering a high level service to Owners, the Lodge Manager will oversee and work closely with contractors.  A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post.  Experience of a caring profession or property management is an advantage.

There are currently Lodge Manager vacancies in the following areas:

Hatherleigh, Devon - 15 apartments.  Working hours 9.00am - 12pm, Monday to Friday.  Salary £8.00 per hour.  Monmouth - 22 apartments and 14 cottages.  Working hours 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.  Salary c£12,000.
